- Defective Products : For defective products, we require that you send us a clear photo of the issue, along with a description of the defect. If the defect is confirmed to be our fault or that of our manufacturer, we will either send you a new product or issue a refund.
- Refund Process : Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the defective product. Once the product has been reviewed and deemed faulty, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Replacement Process: For replacements, a photo of the defective product is required. Upon confirming the issue, a new product will be sent at no additional cost. Please note that replacements are only offered if the fault is ours or that of our manufacturer.
- Customer-Induced Damage : If the product is damaged due to customer mishandling, neither a replacement nor a refund will be provided.
